I agree...it is definitely a Patek I was less familiar with (relative to the Nautilus, for example) but the more I look at it, the more I like it. But unless I win lottery, I'll never own one.Such a classy looking piece.
He wears a PP aquanaut, a 5070, and a nautilus, as well as a Richard Mille but this is none of these. He's got some seriously nice watches. I've sent a query to my watch forum just for kicks.
Which is still a lot. I cried that my wife bought me a Samsung 4 watch. I understand that people's obviously collect them for their beauty and craft work though. That's just like the average Joe buying a 1-3k watch.
No wonder I thought it was a Royal Oak...look similar, at a distance.
This is what is in my Mako ll.. great watch!Had a hard time accepting the first result from Spring of last year; out-of-the-box timing, mind you. Ok, ok, you win Orient. Brilliant, for a sub $300 mechanical. Avg gain/loss at bottom. Most of my Seiko's are hanging around 7, which is still perfectly good...but, damn Orient. I also don't switch daily/weekly so this is constant wear. The Orient caliber F6922 is 21,600 BPH, so that's 20,736,000 "ticks" over the last 40 days...puts it in perspective.

I always liked the design of their original "Supermarine" dive watch. Very cool styling. Bremont ran into some issues with how they marketed their watches (to the very discerning watch-community consumer) but they seem to have found new footing. No matter what, this is a great looking watch:The simplicity of the appearance of Bremont watches is their greatest appeal to me. Stopped going on my Caribbean cruises now so can't buy anything cheap from St. Maarten anymore. Wouldn't mind having one of them.
