Scored a cracking goal today , I cheered.
He didn’t do much else.
He isn’t the reason we’re crap, but he isn’t good enough to make a difference.
Wouldn’t miss him, personally. We’ll get relegated with or without him anyway.

Exactly what did he do other than score a beauty?
His passing was woeful, The Sig looks like 45 million down the drain, but why play him on the left wing - manager has to go it was like men v the boys no corners passing awful Keepr MOTM in a 5-2 defeat!
Rooney was a substitute at united why should he start most games for us 200 million plus spent RK a total desaster he cannot select a team with a a correct formation- Rooney should play no more then 20 minutes!

I don't understand what his malfunction is, too many of his 5-10 yard passes have been lazy since day one. If there was one thing I'd have expected after he came back, it wouldn't have been that.

He didn’t play out wide today, Gylfi that is, or wasn’t meant to. Should have been in the hole behind Rooney and DCL but of course that’s impossible when Rooney just wanders about.
 

He did some awful things, really really poor stuff, did score a high class goal, kinda sums up where he is right now, a good side can carry a player capable of those moments, problem is we're clearly NOT A GOOD SIDE
 

Great goal from Rooney but individual errors & mistakes are costing us, our team needs to defend better & keep clean sheets to get results.

A wonder goal could have been enough if we had kept it 1-0 till half time....different game, trouble is our team seems incapable of keeping a clean sheet.
 
Scored....did nothing else and that's the problem.

He doesn't make runs or stretch the defence and he certainly doesn't close down from the front that's for sure.

He's legs have gone.

Sounds like Lukaku all over again.... that lazy [Poor language removed] does nothing, all he does is score!

The difference with Lukaku is he scared defenders with his power and pace and drew men to him which in turn created space for other players.....the only thing Rooney is scaring is his own divorce attorney! ;)
