You’re fighting a losing battle here, class will always out and the “fat drunk” is still the best footballer in the squad. Obviously you’re entitled to your opinion, but it’s still wrong
It’s obviously not wrong when two managers have both dropped Rooney, is it?

Plenty of fans are slagging him off and deservedly so. He hinders our play and thinks he can just spray passes around and do whatever he wants.

He isn’t the best footballer in the squad. Go have a look at neutral fan’s opinion on him. They all see him for the fat waste of space he is, too.

Then who is? If he had not come on last week we would have lost. Gave a bit of composure on the ball

Can we just stop Rooney bashing? We have 15 points from his goals this season. We would have 13 without them. Think about that. He isn't the player he was and isn't a striker anymore, but he is still one of our better players. So drunk, fat, whatever you want to call him, at the end of the day he is an Evertonian who has made a more often than not positive contribution this season. Let's just get behind him and the rest of the team and try to coax a positive response from them as I don't see how constantly slagging him and the rest of the team off is helping anything at the moment.

Did you even watch last week? He literally just booted the ball up the pitch. He tried to do this on at least six other occasions and lost the ball. He then lost the ball in the dying minutes and we almost conceded. The fans were all having a go at him and it was deserved. He is the biggest earner in our history and he does not deserve that title. Hope we don’t see him in the squad for the rest of the season.

I’ll ask again, who in the squad is a better footballer. Take your time cos until we buy someone better you won’t have an answer

Sigurdsson, Lookman, Vlasic, Bolasie, Tuson, Niassé and Walcott should all be ahead of him in the pecking order.

He is a hasbeen. Do you think Man Utd get rid of players if they’re good? They were over the moon that some suckers actually took their problem off them.
