Other than when people have quit and have said Kenwright still has a big/final say in transfers.Thinking that Kenwright has the final say on signings is complete nonsense, Moshiri as the owner has the final say, to believe otherwise is just delusional.
COYB!
John.
Bunch of people were laughing at the idea of signing Ings in the summer, and Iheancho in January.
If we had either of them yesterday we would’ve won
I'd like our record signing to not be a (alleged) nonce.
I was wondering about that, I don't think it is because the parenthesis make the word don't count I think?
I love the turn this debate has taken about our lack of quality forward signingsI was wondering about that, I don't think it is because the parenthesis make the word don't count I think?

We could’ve signed either of those players if we wanted toand they laughed at us and didn’t wanna come so your point is pointless
Just more lies they are telling the fans then, thanks for confirming that mate.I think you'll find the reality is Moshiri has the final say on any major financial transactions the club instigate.

Oh Id certainly hope so, we are literally one of the few clubs that doesn't have some sort of link club to send players although we do seem to send a few youngsters to Preston. We need somewhere we can send foreign lads though to get around the permit thing if need be or just for experience sakes. The 777 people had a better club list tbf (The likes of AD Alcorcon are a 3rd tier club) but either setup can only help us.Nice one mate.
One of the things i find curious about the potential MSP Investment, is it could be a pathway to a mutli club model, with varying stakes in FC Augsburg, G.D. Estoril Praia (Portugal), AD Alcorcon (Spain) and SK Beveren (Beglium). Is there potential there for the type of synergy we are seeing with Brighton and Union in terms of player development - also wonder is that model a sneaky way of getting finance into the club - by that i mean if we loan say Tom Cannon to Beveren and we get a loan fee, its essentially a way ownership can put money into the club.
Haven't seen the potential synergy and possible advantages of the mutli club model mentioned much in terms of their potential investment.
We haven't bought any Quality Street since christmas. We haven't bought a quality CB since Stones
Surely we wouldn't keep going with the whole DOF route if they were instructed on a percific style. My worry with the Dom thing is that (hate to go all orange cat here) How do we know it's not coming down from the top? We all know how much of a traditionalist Kenwright is and he likes his old teams and probably wants that "Classic number 9" up top. How do we know he is not insisting the team be built around Dom as a figurehead? At the end of the day it is him that has the final say on transfers and I wouldn't put it past him to interfere, Sullivan is known to do it at West Ham.
