While I have posted Burzum in the past, I never was a big black metal fan. Why it went down the Kiss route I'll never know. I hate Kiss with a passion.

If you've ever listened to "Tomhet", while coming in to land at a Scandinavian airport as darkness falls in the winter, you can almost forgive Varg for the church burning, racism, and murder. The mad old Nazi turd.

Rarely mention them for those same reasons since people like to play the "guilt by association" game (all metalheads have dealt with that kind of social stigma), plus I never really got into the genre fully but they have some decent tunes. Pretty sure this is the song I posted here at one point:

I know, it's so easy to make this kind of thing terrible too. I swear you have no idea which way any of their songs will go. No way did I see this turning into an industrial electronic noise song
