At least! They are mega scale. Big business/states/oligarchs took over the prem. They are corrupt as is the PL. It is all **** I have harped on for years about our clubs being stolen by these groups and now we suffer political window dressing to protect the corrupt PL. Bankrupt them all, legalise British ownership only, broadcast rights to BBC, ITV and Channel 4 only. Give us our clubs back and **** off the rest of the world and your TV entertainment/gambling hubs.
If this happened ... I might just be bothered again.

Stuff skyball.

What corruption has happened?
Normally I dont go in for conspiracy stuff but the punishment is very steep,
Gotta wonder whos controlling the whole shebang when the scab 6 clubs havent received any meaningful punishment (for anything)
Meanwhile the club that protested loudest at the breakawy plan just got slammed.
Massive money controls the league and as soon as Usmanov was out of the picture, Everton were destined to be picked apart.
I doubt Moshiri is actually worth very much at all in the greater scheme of things.

I'm not a tinfoil hat either, but it does smell of something other than sh___
Maybe we're being set up so they can go harder on City and Chelsea. Or maybe not. Its weird, that's for sure.

The punishment is steep but we as a club admitted we were guilty before the hearing.

We rehire Duncan Ferguson as an assistant. Thirty seconds into the next fixture, he strides out onto the pitch and lays the ref out. When the ref wakes up and gives him his red card, Big Dunc walks past the bench, says, "Sorry, lads," and heads to the showers.

I get that, it's not an innocent or guilty thing
It's the size of the punishment from a committee that said the clubs infractions were unintentional and of no sporting benefit.
the 10 point ban makes no sense in reality.
Maybe a fine and suspended points deduction.
So why the crazy punishment?
Even if it is to stop the governments independent body or a show of strength,
that's intentional and therefore corrupt.
I mean, christ, last season they let a bottomless pocketed country with terrible human rights buy one of their clubs.

Small or midsized clubs can either get taken over by nations or get smothered out of the compeditive game.
