What should the new stadium look like?

I love it how positive and patient Meis has been with us. im sure he's bombarded with questions 24/7. he's given so many hints already it would be awesome if someone would could make a summary out of those tweets.

one thing i know. it wont be bowl - stands atleast - and it will have blue seats (a shocker x)
He didn't say it wouldn't be a bowl? Thought he was hinting a bowl can have four side still? May have my wires crossed though :)

i understanded that he specifically said and ment that we didnt have to worry about that stadium would be a bowl like from inside. (stands would be bowl shaped)

I have an irrational fear that he's suffering a massive creative block.

I sometimes imagine him sitting there with his eyes unfocused, staring at the wall. The lack of inspiration has paralysed him - all he's managed to produce is a piece of paper with "Everton stadium design" written on it.

It is kids from the 80's that's my age group, and they have children now. You could buy an Everton top in the Trafford centre before you could buy it anywhere outside the Everton shop in Liverpool. But I'm only going on life experience, you probably live in Manchester or have researched it for uni or something. And young kids in Liverpool support Everton? Are you daft. Of course they would and do!!

Maybe I'm being lost in translation here, but I think we're agreeing. That is what I am saying, of course men and women growing up in our great years in the 80s will transfer their support to their kids, and wider family.

And of course kids growing up in Liverpool will support Everton haha. I don't think I said they wouldn't. If I did, or didn't make it clear, this was my main point. Everton supporters from the 80s will transfer to their kids/wider family. And OF COURSE youngsters growing up in Liverpool will support Everton.

The point I was trying to make is that kids growing up in the Liverpool/Manchester area, with no ties to Everton (family or living in Liverpool) will not, in most cases, choose Everton over Liverpool, Man City, or Man U.

These teams are more successful or more established than us at the moment. Whereas Bayern Munich are the only major team in a similar area in Germany, they do not have the same competition.

Bayern Munich compete with 1860 Munich and Augsburg. We compete with Man U, Man C and Liverpool, not only some of the biggest clubs in England, but also the world.

I haven't read the whole thread and this may be old hat but I'm hoping USM Bramley Moore is side onto the Mersey rather than just one goal.

Claim as much of that iconic waterfront as we possibly can.

Shape wise, steep stands to make a nasty home crowd please.

Only possible to go side-on if we've also got Nelson Dock which does not seem to be the case despite some suggesting it before the announcements. Could possibly be at a 45 degree angle.
