We've been awful lately but changing managers mid season wouldn't help the situation. Think we'll turn it around a bit . Won't get Europe unless we win a cup but still move up the table

Jorge Jesus from Benfica could do a job.

Very good call.

But I would get in a Premier League proven manager if you DO get into a relegation dog fight. You know who I'd get in so I won't mention him again.

Long term, to build something at Everton and get European footy on a consistent basis? You need the top pedigree of manager, not Martinez. Someone like Klopp, Capello, Blanc etc. RM will never reach the heights of those coaches, IMO of course.

I'd give Mike Bassett a go,I'm sure his 4-1-2-1-2 Christmas pudding would give some of our recent formations a good run

And I know that Tonka has still got it,it's in his pocket :D

So Everton:

  • Employ a new manager last season who comes in and revolutionises our play and gets a record 72 points playing great football praised by everyone in the game
  • They then have a poor run of form the following season and sack said manager in January.
  • Said manager was undermined by players in revolt calculating they can get their mate in the managers job so can they do a bit of running, weights, then off to their xboxes, gambling addiction and golf with the other lads....
Calling all exciting young European managers with fresh ideas and a progressive view on the game. The post of Everton manager is open to candidates. Please form an orderly queue.

De Boer hands down. Would love to see him the chance to develop Lukaku, Barkley, Mirallas, Coleman, Baines etc.
