Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Whoever takes over still has to deal with this dross squad. I can see only Dyche taking it. No one would be stupid enough but him to take it on.

Is it all about money though? Give a good manager promises of support in terms of authority and it will make a big difference. Players get away with too much.

I’d take the West Brom manager, he’s just turned them around without a budget. He’s just signed for them tho, so we’d have to offer a reasonable amount of cash that we probably don’t have. But if we are only able to look at unemployed managers that would entertain us, then the only likely option is Dyche.
I agree, I would take Corberan in a heartbeat

You can also just give him guarantees that survival isn't the only thing that matters. There are guys who would be willing to try to rebuild the club but not if they have a potential firing only 5 months out.

Gallardo is probably one of the only names that inspires any excitement for me. But could anybody make a load of ‘National League’ level players compete in the Prem? (Sorry National League players).
