Who should replace Frank Lampard?

His first job was taking over a team bottom of the German 2nd division and keeping them up. That's a plus as it shows he had an instant impact (6 wins, 2 draws, 3 losses)

2nd job was Schalke who'd finished 10th the previous year - they finished 2nd in his first season. In his 2nd season, dealing with the added exertions of playing in the CL, they were struggling and he got binned after City webbed them 7-0.

Went to Spartak Moscow - took over a team who were in 12th place on a run of 5 consecutive defeats and got them up to 7th. Following season he got them into 2nd place and CL qualification, he then didn't want to renew his contract

Went to Leipzig after Jesse Marsch got sacked - Leipzig were in 11th place. He got them up to 4th place that season, getting to the EL semi finals and winning the German cup. Got sacked this season after only 5 league games (won 1, drew 2, lost 2) but lost one CL game at home against Shakhtar (4-1) which got him the bullet. Maybe they were right, but 6 games into the season that feels a little bit premature to me.

I can't claim to know everyone who's out there, but this fella has instantly improved every team he's walked into, regardless of their status - he's not wedded to one style or system. He speaks fluent English and he's still only 37. Of the available candidates that we've seen mentioned, he seems to have the most relevant CV for what we need right now.
1st job - spot on, yeah, it's part of what we need.

2nd job - he also did that by buying an entire new team, or are we ignoring that and saying it was the same team? lol He's highly regarded but also there are glaring issues about playstyles with the available talent everywhere he's gone, as well as (imo) money management issues.

He is absolutely, however, wedded to 3-4-1-2 lol

Stuff the board mate. People might laugh at my Rooney, Dunc and Stubbs idea but let's see if they are laughing in another 12 months with another outsider heading for the sack.
Do you mean Rooney manager with Dunc and Stubbs backroom staff? I think a lot of people could get on board with that due to their love for the club. Personally I've not seen anything from any of them that suggests they could fix the mess we are in. Would love to be proved wrong though.

Tbf, when you look at the progression over his last few jobs, yeah, he's definitely moved towards a 3412 - that wasn't the case at Schalke, but it certainly is now

Get Gallardo.
Tell him he’s here for the long term , that if he can’t save us from the drop , he will be fully supported to rebuild the club from the Championship if necessary .
Do something brave as befits the owners of Everton football club,
For once emulate well run clubs such as Brighton!!
Our boards probably never heard of him, every year we want him on here but never gets mentioned

Wayne Rooney + Dunc, Stubbs, Baines.

Re-instate our ID. Bring in proper Everton players. Get rid of the wasters.

We need to be in war mode.

No more flavour of the month, sweet talkers or outsiders.
Wayne has his own back room staff already, we are to obsessed with wanting an ex player in charge

They are waiting for Moyes to get fired it's probably already agreed under the table, however, I wouldn't put it past this shower to pay the compo

….it doesn’t have to be Bielsa or Dyche.

Although I have no idea who it should be, I really don’t think it will be either of those two.
This is exactly the problem. Everyone has an opinion on who they don’t want but there are few positive majorities for any particular candidate. When Howard Kendall (originally) and Joe Royle got the job each was the only real candidate and so everyone just got behind them?
