Not sure if this has been posted already but Mike walker also got rid of z Cars. He felt we needed a new vision so bad moon rising was played instead. So walker for me!

Both terrible!! Was made up when we got walker after what he did a Norwich. Signed Parkinson, dunc and limpar thought things were gonna happen under him ! But he seen up his own ass, players didn't respect him royle took the same team to the f.a cup, smith for me was grim, we never looked like we going anywhere

Smith also re-signed dunc after that sorry excuse of a football chairman had sold him off, so these 2 awful managers both have 1 thing in common with bringing dunc to the club, well 2 things they both added 2 the 90’s being the most painful era of my lifetime!!

I was 100% certain Walker would have taken us down, given enough time. I'm only very confident that Walter would have took us down, so I suppose, for me, that makes Walker the worse. Incidentally, was the rumour about Walker being very friendly with Linda McDermott ever true????

Smith was poor, Walker absolutely stunk the place out. Remember arguing with Barry Horne coming out of the Upper
Bullend Road stand, Barry saying give him time he'll get it right, talking about Walker, couldn't believe it. Walker was a complete misfit, did he ever manage a club after Everton?

I vote for the man who brought Brett Angell into our sacred parish.

Exodus 23:20
Behold, I send an angell before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the brink of relegation.

I was happy with both appointments. I was wrong.

Walker was worse but it would have interesting to see how he would have done given longer if he had a few more points at the start of that season. After all he was the man who got Dunc in.

As for Smith his finest hour was probably the goalless draw at Villa when we had 5 defenders and 4 strikers in the team with Kevin Campbell as midfield general alongside Scott Gemmill. Says it all. At least I was on a work jolly and got smashed and stayed warm as it was dire and freezing that night.
