I think Dean Smith is a good manager.
He has an eye for a player and knows how to build a team.
I'd be confident he would at least get us mid table even with the squad we have.
Norwich won't let him go easily though but I'd still make the call.

At the rate things are going any decent candidate would want assurances about restructuring and a board shake-up.

We won't be in a position to give those assurances to credible candidates. Anyone with personal ambition will see through the bluster a mile off. And anyone without ambition is just looking for a pay day.

We aren't in a position to give assurances. Turkeys don't vote for Christmas. Unless Moshiri finally sees this as a wake up call.

He did well at PSG, but I’m pretty sure I could notch 4 or 5 playing up front for them, and I’m 40 and out of shape and bad at football.

They’ve spent shed loads with him

They have spent just over £95m on 18 players in 3 years, it works out at about £5.2m a player. Whereas in twice that time we have spent x5 that amount.
