Depends on what targets (if any) he was set, I imagine.
I dont see how the club can set high targets while at the same time giving him 1.7 million to spend, it's a 2 way street, to.pay him off will costs a lot more then we spent on players in the summer, its the main reason IMO why he is safe.
We can see the on field mess but he is also seeing the behind the scenes mess, the change in medical staff being one example. I dont think the club would agree to that if his job wasnt safe..

I said peak. Mourinho winning a Europa League with United (which even Ole was a penalty away from managing) is hardly a match for his achievements at Porto or Chelsea first time around. With their budget United should never be in that competition.

He hasn't been the same since his downfall in Madrid.

Not that we wouldn't want him. We'd have no chance if he was still anywhere near the manager he was.

One of the top 10 most successful managers of ALL time, only Pep from the PL is on that list. No Klopp, no Ancelotti and obviously no Benitez.

If you`ve had it once for several clubs you can have it again....

As you`d gather I would have him in a heartbeat BUT I dont think there is any chance we will get him. More chance of Rondon finishing top PL scorer this season... ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

How about the lady who manages the Chelsea women's team?

Everytime I've seen her on TV she's been brilliant; talks more sense than the men and is tactically spot on.

Bit left field but it could be another first for Everton after shirt numbers etc.

Wouldn't like a belt off her  lol

Was she the one who did co-commentary in our game vs Brentford? If so, she was excellent- she had our problems sussed out from the get go.

Would you take the results under Ancelotti with this squad or Benitez.... Just shows what a good manager can get out of an average side, we were European contenders till the last few months under CA, relegation certainties under Benitez.

Just shows how U/s Benitez but we have had awful injuries which Carlo did not have to suffer.

Jesse March from RB Leipzig just got sacked and would fit us well.
Young(ish), former player who succeeded as a manager at New York Red Bull and RB Salzburg. Leipzig didnt turn out so well but there were mitigating reasons...

He likes to press hard and aggressively and plays a direct style when possible, 2 men up front and narrow with plenty of space for Digne to run into.

I would prefer us to go for someone like him.
