Saying Lampard has has 2 interviews, spoke well. He wants more than 6 months though - wants 18 months.

Pereira isnt done as the Portugese reporters claim but he's in the race due to Kia. Moshiri likes him and he is happy with a 6 month deal which Moshiri likes.

Mentioned Rooney and Kovac too but not more on them yet.

Gets the league, likes younger players, has experience working with a crazy owner (Roman) and most importantly he is putting his reputation on the line. If he fails with Everton, then his ability to manage the big Clubs in Europe evaporates. It's now or never for him.

I've said it before: it looks to me like he gets team news from a contact at FF or wherever, but his sources in the club are non-existent and he cobbles together a lot of known information on the inner workings of the club and adds a speculative twist and passes that on.

If you believe him, fine. I dont.

In any case, it's not exactly sticking your neck out is it, for either bobble or Joyce? To say something is not 100% done isn't saying it wont happen or it will happen. It's a vague position that can be defended when the actual decision either way happens.
