There are around 15k Saudi Royals with only around 2k of those having any real influence. I think Sheff Utds owner is a Saudi Royal and puts nothing into the club.

But out of all the names mentioned Manoukian's group currently should be favourites to take on the reigns based on their offer being all equity.
