They have looked at the books and analysed the deal and they believe it is not worth paying the money required as it would take a long time to make some/if any money back and have looked at how the club don’t make enough money.

not sure how i would be told by an italian paper also they have not be given the books and analysed the deal as no party has been given the green light. This wont happen until he has agreed to deal with one of the options then that will be given. He has not been giving the books to anyone as there is still talks about the deal.
