It was reported a while ago (can’t remember where) that there had been fourteen separate bids for all or part of Textor’s Palace shareholding. Parish will be trying to maintain (and hopefully pull off) the trick of having less shares but control of the club. Some or all of the existing share holders may be bidding of course. The Palace board will be taking their time to try to ensure a similar farago doesn’t ensue.

I don’t know but I suspect not. Any bid he is involved in would be as part of a consortium I imagine.

No. His offer wasn’t accepted so he hasn’t done the due diligence
