I'd definitely temper your expectations mate...whoever comes in is going to have to right the ship first and foremost.

Once the balance sheets are looking abit healthier hopefully we can look at some real quality to add to the squad.

I think its pretty normal.

Nobody wants to go through due diligence only to find out it was a waste of time and somebody else bought it ahead of you.

They will look to bring other investment with them and MSP, who are also creditors with Everton following their loan to fund part of the new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock, are also looking to take a further stake in the club, again in conjunction with one or more other investors.
