Why we dont 'need' investment

3 points away from the top spot with 1 game less played than the leaders? :)

The league table doesn't matter until we play at least ten games. Not that I won't take some deep pleasure about being six points ahead of our neighbours.

Moyes deserves a lot of credit for how well we played in the first two games. And kenwright deserves credit for sticking with Moyes and giving him so much control. But it's only two games.

For me Moyes net spend means Bill can't take credit for the team Moyes has built, and he has built a belting team, despite the fact I don't always agree with how he uses it.

I think it is pretty silly to say that we don't need investment as we clearly do in so many areas of the club.

What we don't want is what 95% of takeovers end up like.

A nice bit of investment or a sensible takeover, somebody who will splash the cash but allow the current manager to still get HIS players in at reasonable prices. Allow the manager time to develop a squad and team that can play as a team.

Maybe just maybe there is one rich person out there that would do that but I am not holding out much hope.
