It's not the end of the world.
You could tell Wigan were well up for it from the 1st minute and they played some really good, lively football. Credit to them, typical "we're bottom of the league so we need to go for it at home" performance.
We laboured a little, yeah, but our football in general was intricate and technically better all-round. Much of that is owed to Pienaar, and we look a different team with him in it. Great game from him.
Vic as an impact sub is how he should be utilised permanently from now on, imo.
We weren't under the cosh at any point today, and their goal was very fortunate. Again, no need to panic imo.
