She like a lost soul and keeps crying out for Mr Bumble, hopefully we can find him to bring him back home.I've mentioned before about Mr and Mrs Bumble the pair of swans who live on the canal and Nature Reserve by my flat.
Last week someone dumped some chemicals in the canal and the two swans were covered in what ever it was. The Swan Society were sent for and they were taken away to be cleaned.
The Society wouldn't allow the swans back as the Environmental Agency hadn't got the spillage up so they were taken about 7 mile down the canal in Stourbridge and placed there.
Unfortunately some local swans took a dislike to them and bullied them so they flew off. A few days late Mrs Bumble was found on a street a few mile away from Stourbridge and a couple of Volunteers from the reserve were notified and went to rescue her. The Swan Society then agreed to her being back on the Reserve but on one of the fishing pools.
