Wildlife in your Garden



Meant to be thriving due to the lockdown. We’ll soon sort that out though

I suspect a lot of birds and animals will have done really well out of this and also a prolonged dry spell at just the right time for breeding, Barn Owls for one and birds of prey that are traditionally ( illegally ) shot by gamekeepers, like Hen Harriers and Golden Eagles.

The lack of human disturbance on and around moorlands and mountains should`ve also benefited rare birds like the Hen Harrier, Golden Plover and Merlin too.
 

Get a large wood bit on a good drill and drill as many holes into the stump ask you chainsaw man to cut it as low as possible and that stuff will rot the stump away ..... slowly fill the holes you drill with that stuff, and it will rot away ;)

Would it be OK to put a summerhouse over it once it's level? Leave the roots where they are?
