Wildlife in your Garden

Saw her indoors out there yesterday.

Having once worked in Norway I often came across that strange breed called a Liverpool supporter. They were everywhere. But I shooed them away. I wasn't allowed to shoot them.

Living in N.Ireland we don't get many frogs or Hedgehogs in our gardens. Or foxes. But our countryside is full of these creatures.
Stacks of birds about our garden though. All types of birds. Just recently saw a robin. Thought these were only winter type birds.

No they're with us all year mate, I think it's just that people associate them with Christmas cards lol

Spot on. We regularly see a family of robins. Male....female and younger looking robins. They must be nesting nearby. They often come down close when we are in the garden. A lovely breed of bird.

Yes we get lots of ladder snakes. There was a viper in the house last year. Where are you?

Not keen on these boys. When they jump they kinda fly like birds. Close up there are red eyed ones that almost look mechanical. This isn't one of them.

Yesterday while I was sitting out back a bunny, a squirrel, and a chipmunk all passed each other in the yard going different directions and seeming to trace a perfect equilateral triangle between them. It was a real music of the spheres moment.

I went anaconda hunting in the Amazon. Not a mission I wanted to succeed. We did find a big beauty and I held it but i was far from comfortable. Not my cup of tea

Bloody squirrels keep annihilating the bird feeders. We have hung them in every seemingly unreachable area/place but they get to them every time. As admirable as it is annoying..

looks like that thing in the old quatermass film. A creature from Mars.

Mate it was horrible. I had a hangover guy just comes into my shack throws some wellies at me and says come on we are going to wade through the swamp. Saw the world's biggest rats. They are about the size of pigs, but they aren't scary because they were just ambling along slowly
