Poor today them P. I was torn between unimpressive and lacklustre but opted for the latter.

For 40 minutes, every one of their passes were lofted behind us with zero chance of their runner reaching it. Without the red, we'd win that comfortably.

Yeh, poor up until 70 mins tbf. Started to click when their subs got on - but as I've said the frustrating thing is we'd had the chances to kill the game before that.

Wouldn't say they were lucky, either, that they scored, though. They probably created enough in that final 10/15 to warrant an equaliser.

Still, they'll have to improve a lot - I think they'll do okay though (although they're quickly filled the Stoke void in terms of zombie support).

Bit early for that just yet, I think.

Promising signs, though. Main thing is keeping Richarlison fit and starting to develop a system/style which means we actually keep the ball in midfield - Gomes will help with this.

It could be early. But it might not be if it all clicks. The face on Silva after an away draw with 10 men bodes well.

We should have won that game.

Probably been already mentioned. But nearly as bad as the decision to give the red card, was the positioning of the free kick. Just watch where the foul is committed and where the free kick is taken from. It’s near Gary McCallister esq in its positioning.
Two or three everton players actually pointed as to where the foul was committed and he laughed it off

On the motorway home now soaked, ftom my view it wasn't even a foul never mind a red, wolves are crap, we look better and should have won, and I can't wait till our new signings gel into the team because I think silvas got this, happy with Everton today and positive it's going to get better, last year is truly put to bed

Whoooah...hang on there soldier. Another 39 points to get yet...

Lol ! We didn’t play well today . Probably nerves with being the first game . Interchanging passing is our game but today had a lot of long passes which I think is down to nerves. You played well but considering we wasn’t at our ball on the floor sweet passing best probably made you look a lot better ! We will improve I have no doubt . As far as the delusional evertonians go with signing neves , please behave . No chance . Only team that could stand a chance is Man City , and your not in there league , all the best for the rest of the season and luck forward to seeing you at Goodison . :)

Look mate, your short passing is completely ineffective because your team does not have the required quality to play such style. The only way for this tactic to work is either your team is far more superior or your opponent is massively poor.

We’ve been there done that playing exactly the same way under Martinez and trust me, it’s painful to watch. Unless you have a world class striker(Lukaku level) in your team, this style will never be effective.

What I see today in wolves is a team that passes without meaning because they don’t have quality to tika their way to goal. A team that does not press and win the ball back, hence we’re so comfortable even with 10men.

Stop harping on your sweet short passing as if your team invented it. you will be doom if you continue playing like this in the premiere league. The moment your team switch to direct Long crossing, you put us under pressure. Isn’t this clear enough for you to understand?

Would love to see our midfield being capable of keeping the ball and pressing the opposition in there own half. With our forwards we could be lethal. Maybe January or next summer we can sort out the midfield with class players

And that ref Walton in the studio had my blood boling calling it excessive force and it doesn't matter if jags got a touch on the ball first

He actually tried to say the Wolves player had control of the ball but sort of backed down with admitting he was wrong when challenged by the panel.

If we want to be pedantic we could say Jags got to the ball and the Wolves player ran into Jags so a foul to us.
