Look if you dont like womens football thats fine. Must admit, I dont watch much of it myself, just as I dont watch u23's, U18's or some foreign leagues as they arnt the standard/speed of the PL. Last time I watched the women properly they had Fara Williams, Kelly Smith, Alex Scott etc and it wasnt great. However, like anything, the more coaching, money and resources put into something the better the result. These young ones are a step up from the ones I watched years ago and im sure in another 10/15 years the levels will go up again due to the investment in womens game now and even more so after tonight

Will they ever reach the level of the mens game? Technically, maybe but it will take some time. Physically? Probably never.

But people coming on this thread to criticise is wierd. You dont like it dont watch, simple. Find something else to do and another thread to post in

It is weird coming on criticising because they are not as good as the men, or even a low standard mens team, of course they are not! But they are at the pinnacle of their sport and talent after dedicating their lives to it and having the bottle to go win it, well in girls.
For me personally it does not stir up any emotion compared to watching the mens game but dont be weird and belittle them and their amazing achievement.

Plus if its who i am certain you are talking about , they lost 3-0 as well lol
