World Cup 2022

I think most media channels have seemed a little embarrassed to promote it too much.

In World Cups gone by you would have the more trailers starting about a month before the start.
I still think stadiums gonna be full and people will travel (despite seeing some talk of boycott). One of my friends tried to get tickets here (Croatia), but they were sold almost immediately.

There is talk our Federation trying to secure additional tickets, so will see

I traveled when it was Euro 2008 in Austria, but it was close (like hour and half drive to Vienna) and cheap, this is just different

They have KDB, its more than enough.

Courtious, KDB, Witsel, Mertens, Lukaku, Hazard, Meuniuer, Tiellemans.

Now granted some of those best days are well behind them, but if they show up, they should be upstoppable.

But crap manager is crap.
Half of this players you listed are either past it (Hazard, Mertens, Meunier) or in bad form/injuries problems (Lukaku, Witsel).

Their peak was 2016-2020, but they blew their chance, i mean they lost Euro quarters 3-0 vs Wales in 2016 for example.

France/Argentina/Brazil for me, maybe Germany with outside chance (cause of Flick).

Most squads are rammed with past it players.

Many think I'm going at work purely because my birthday is around the same time and I'm going somewhere hot and dry for once in December, I'm not but got an email this morning here is copy and paste on some extra security my work is advising,

"If so, you may need to be aware of the requirement to install some Apps on your mobile device before entering the County. Football fans and others visiting Qatar must download two apps: Ehteraz, a Covid-19 tracker, and Hayya, which allows ticket holders entry into the stadiums and access to free metro and bus transportation services.

Recent security concerns surrounding the use of these apps and the access they can give to other personal information and apps on your device are being raised.

Whilst we wait for further advice from the NCSC or central government, it would be advisable not to install these apps on your personal device, rather take a burner phone.

If you have already installed either App on a work or personal device, please inform ICT.

Also, do not take corporately owned equipment such as Laptops with you".

Just cannot take this world Cup seriously. Loads of mates who feel the same way.
Meh, nothing gonna change, tickets (here) were literally grabbed in minutes, city squares and other group watching events gonna be packed all over Europe starting next week and as usual people who usually doesn't care for the game gonna walk around with full kits.

Your average person doesn't give two shits or hardly know anything about Qatar, only weird thing for most is winter, thats pretty much only thing i heard people complaining in real life
