Everton fans are no saints mate. But for me I couldn't give a monkeys about the fans. There not the only people away from their home acting like animals in the name of the nation.

Everton fans behave immeasurably better than the English fans overseas mate. No comparison really.

The English have mastered the art of behaving badly overseas really, one of the reasons I could never "support" them.

They have zero in common with your average Everton fan.

I support Everton so its as simple as that.

I live in Norwich but don't support them. I live closer to some parts of France than i do parts of England but don't support them.

England means nothing to me.

Everton every single time. They are THE only team.

Err, apart from those born in England mate.

English fans abroad has absolutely nothing to do with the football. But while we are talking about football fans misbehaving, the Gwladwys Street fans behaved dispicably during the derby - with their Murderers song - and I won't have it as the minority. It was loud and proud, and from the supposed core fans of the club.

End of the day I watch Football for the football, and I couldn't care less who throws chairs wherever. I know there all tits who watch England, my Uncle was one of them who liked to rumble, and he's a bit sad for it. I put it down to them not having a decent war and wanting to force their nation pride on other nations.

Hooligan nation, and Everton fans have had their fair share.

I can't condone what an English fan does abroad, but by washing my hands of my nationality I am just saying that they have won, the thick uneducated football fan of this country.

But like I say, nothing to do with me, and nothing to do with Wayne Rooney or David Beckham.

I am English, and I am an Evertonian (as i have ranted about in the past).

There is no choice for me. Both.

I do not have the capability to choose either against the other.

This kind of thing gets ranted about every time England fall into the spotlight, and the same thing gets churned up again and again, and it's never got anything to do with football.

For me it has everything to do with football, and everything to do with my patriotism.

I love Everton, I love England.

They have both loved me in the past, and I am sure they will love me again.

I repay that love in my love of the Evertonian and English football I watch.

I may criticise them both occasionally. but they are mine, and they stand for everything I have experienced in my life.

Horses for courses.

These are my thoughts, and my feelings.

Err, apart from those born in England mate. They're scouse mate, we've covered this, its different - like the Basques of Spain. You wouldnt understand you bad Franco lover.

Football fans in bad shout shocker" as opposed to fighting, rampaging and acting like utter pricks every time they assemble on foreign shores? Massive difference there mate.

I know there all tits who watch England, my Uncle was one of them who liked to rumble, and he's a bit sad for it. I put it down to them not having a decent war and wanting to force their nation pride on other nations. Dear Lord. God bless them being seventy years too late, they just want to let stupid Johnny Foreigner know how great England is by throwing darts at them or acting like utter weapons smashing up foreign towns. Compare to how the Tartan Army behave eh?

Hooligan nation, and Everton fans have had their fair share. No doubt, do Everton smash places up overseas or generally be respectful of the local venue and have a good time.

See above mate.

We were probably pleased when the England cricket team won the Ashes , and when the Rugby team won their World Cup. We take a mild interest when an athlete from Team GB wins a medal and we probably think " Yes !" when England win a football match .
However , when your football club wins you think " YESSSSS !"

England fan= part time
Everton fan = full time

See above mate.

Absolutely nish to do with football mate.

I'm not arsed about the anthem, or the flag. But I am English and I am proud of the fact. Must be horrible not having any identity mate it really must.

And until Liverpool is recognised as a separate country, which it never ever ever will, then you are English like it or not.

I know you are, and you can't deny that fact.

Bad bad traitor.

Yes but it's two different things. A club is like a hobby if you like, and a country is part of your heritage. Unless of course you were born in Everton, and is there even a hospital there?
