I don't think Dyche has a problem with young players, but with the lack of toughness and mentality that many of them bring with them. Dobbin and Danjuma have both not played much. What they have in common is not their age, but their lack of toughness and poor defending. If you know Minteh, however, you know that he works a lot in defence and can use his speed well not only with the ball but also without it.
