Dont think it is unreasonable to credit some of our forward play to Martinez, if I am honest. Folk were quick to to say season 1 was a mix of him and Moyes, think its fair to say that some of the good he did is being added to by Koeman.

I credit some of the players Martinez brought to the club but Southampton were attacking under Koeman and he was attack-minded as a player so think he would play this way regardless.

If anyone would care to snide like me for saying 'SWERVE' to Bolasie, feel free.

Really good so far. The odd dribble doesn't come off, he does go AWOL sometimes and the odd cross does end up in row Z, but overall he is doing really well. Puts the fear of God into fullbacks when he runs at them. Good start for us so far.

4 wins at Goodison last season, I walked out after every game promising I wouldnt go the next week, for roughly 18months, dont let the first season and the cup victories blind you Ray.

We attacked like morons, slow painful passing that every single team in the league was on to, it made my eyes bleed.

Yeah, probably. But having a squad used to basically being coached to do nothing else, (if reports are to be believed), then that is like taking to an open audience for a new coach.
