Sadly until del sorts out his fitness issues he's not going to be a regular starter under koeman. Miralles had a distinctly average display today, but still put in a shift for the cause. Del hasn't got the fitness at present to do that.Del had the same last season.
So what your opinion on Coleman £60,000/£200,000 (pending on who you believe )? i.e. If Coleman does a 5 out of 10 performance and Bolasie does a 5 out of 10 performance. how would you judge them both ? basing on what you've stated above you'd say Coleman was fantastic and Bolasie was dreadful ?
I have higher base standards for a player who cost £25m+ than one who cost £60k, yes.
Like I'd have higher expectations from a meal at a five star restaurant compared to egg on toast at home.
For the cost - considering the club we are who haven't until this point had billions to throw around - I simply expected something better than Bolasie, even taking into account the inflated market. I'm not sure how that is in any way controversial.
What would you like to see from Bolasie to convince you he was worth the outlay?
He hasn't set goodison alight that is for sure, but 1 goal and 4 assists in his first 9 games is not to bad a return. Lets hope he can kick on from now.I have higher base standards for a player who cost £25m+ than one who cost £60k, yes.

Consistency, that and only that. What would you like to see from Bolasie to convince you he was worth the outlay?
