I know its all about opinions, but have you spent your whole life pretending to be knowledgeable about football, when in fact you're not? Bolasie is what Koeman needed, and he has already proved that to be right. He is part of a project which is still in its infancy. He is a winger that works hard and 'does his share for the team, something we have not had for some time, although we have had 'skillful' wingers, but without the strength or commitment of Bolassie...something Koeman recognised.. and I remember that Beckford had a successful season at Everton, before Moyes moved him on for what were probably 'off the field' reasons. A couple of others who spent long careers in the lower leagues but became quite successful....Ian Wright, Jamie Vardy, and there are many more. With better service and good coaching Bolasie could be very very good for Everton,if he gets over his injury.
What does this bit even mean. Our style of play has gone seriously downhill and our points tally is basically the same as under Bobby Martin. How has he proven he is what Koeman (and by extension Everton) needed? Very strange statement.

So is anyone actually concerned that Bolasie is out injured?

Genuine question (don't answer that @Sapie88 ffs).

Yes because one of the bench warmers, who arnt as good are now going to be starting, for example you can be sure that Cleverly is now nailed on to start, and he is even less popular then one of our best players.

Yeah but that is because of Koeman and not Bolasie, one of the main reasons for dropping points has been his useless keeper
.

I agree with you but it doesn't help if your keeper,i s making howlers mate, did we drop 2points Sunday or gain 1.

We spend 45minutes in games getting bummed, were we concede 1 goal, we then spend the next 45minutes attacking, were we score 1 goal, sometimes, its all on the attacking unit for me.

To be fair we only spent 25 minutes actually playing football against United. Lofting it to our 'big strong centre forward' and our 'big strong winger' didnt really do a great deal.

But what do I know, im not very knowledgeable about football.

Glad you agree...keep reading on here, and your knowledge will become even greater. At the moment we have a (large) number of players who cannot or will not adapt to Koemans style. Gueye and Bolasie are the only players who are an obvious fit. One or two others may learn, but they will be the younger ones..... Stek, Barry, Jags,Baines and maybe a few more will be gone within 12 months or less, and players suitable to Koeman will come in or be promoted from the bench. Only then will criticism of the manager be justified if the team fails. Keep reading and learning.......

Not quite sure what Koeman's style is. If it suits Bolassie then I'm not sure it's a style that will be either successful or enjoyable.

Haha ok oh great Oracle.

The thing is... Correct me if I'm wrong, if these players who won't change or can't change keep playing - and we keep losing, how are we supposed to attract these better players if we are in a relegation dogfight? Isn't it up to the manager to find a happy medium where the players both understand what he wants of them and are able to play that way?

Lets say we hired Guardiola or Del Bosque, he was adamant we play the spanish 'tiki taka' way, yet didnt have the players to do it and got relegated, whose fault is it? The players or the manager? This is whats happening with us, as you say we don't have the right players - but are unable to convince them to join us because we either aren't a big enough 'name' or they are using us to get a bigger contract elsewhere.

Now if we don't get these players and we still dont win the blame lies solely with Koeman. Just like it does at the minute. He isn't bending to the players, he's expecting them to do something they either can't or won't - to the detriment of our League position.

Oh and I never noticed how arrogant you are.
