Frustrating as ever but he still has the ability to suddenly do something in the game that'll create a good chance out of nothing. Looking forward to seeing him create something special for Cenk in the derby. He's got a history of performing well against the rs.
 
I never wanted the lad. Just not productive enough. That being said it would be harsh not to give him a pass for performances this season given the injury he is coming back from with no preseason
 

He was bad. One good cross doesnt change that. See, an average player will do 4-5 useful things in a game. You have to give Bolasie 90 minutes to get just 10 seconds of usefulness out of him. I cannot count how many times defensively he just let someone run past, and how many times offensively he just lost the ball, hit some random pass, or flubbed a decent chance.

When he creates one goal opportunity with one cross it doesnt negate the 4-5 opportunities squandered and 2-3 created for the opposition. Let me know when he finally actually looks good for an entire game. Or scores a single goal...
 
Koeman only bought him based on his physicality as he binned off any small, clever winger we had with pace. The fact that he bought Mane at Southampton then thought this guy was on the same level is utterly baffling.

As someone mentioned in the match thread. Walcott had a quiet game but got an assist and was more than a threat.
