Paul Rideout
Player Valuation: £40m
Absolutely at 57k a week I'd keep him.
Would he take a 68k a week drop in wages though?

1 yr with a 1 yr option and it's a dealAbsolutely at 57k a week I'd keep him.
Or put another way, £570,000 per appearance.Absolutely at 57k a week I'd keep him.
He's going to have to wherever he lands you'd imagine, unless the Saudis match what he was on with us.Would he take a 68k a week drop in wages though?
No way he’s signing anywhere for £57k per week unless he’s made his money and is happy to go back to South America. Minimum £100k / week as a free agent if he stays in Europe. He's going to have to wherever he lands you'd imagine, unless the Saudis match what he was on with us.
You think? If he stays in the PL maybe but I'm note sure a PL club takes that risk. The two biggest links have been Besiktas and Lille and I'm not sure their wage structures extend to 100k a week, even if there's no fee.No way he’s signing anywhere for £57k per week unless he’s made his money and is happy to go back to South America. Can't get my head around letting him go.
Injury prone yeah but he was the clear difference whenever he played.
If we knew Coady was going, with Branthwaite looking to start - I feel we should have kept him.
Ship out Holgate or Keane, have Mina play when he can.

£15.6m for a 3 year deal ‘all in’. I’d be very surprised if there weren’t any takers. You think? If he stays in the PL maybe but I'm note sure a PL club takes that risk. 100 percent...We’d have gone down without his little cameo at the end of last season, no doubt. And I think we will go down next season unless we add another top quality centre half to our current championship standard defence!
I get the clamour for a striker, but the need to strengthen our defence is just as, if not more, important.
Our current defence will take us down even with Tarkowski playing every game, but if something happened to him, our defence would go from championship standard to League One standard, and we will get battered every game! We badly need a new centre half!
H's a good CB, arguably the best at Everton since he's been here, and he's been a regular for his country for a long time.
Being out injured for long periods doesn't change that. You don't become a poor player because you're injured and you shouldn't be
criticised because you're injured.
