...I really expect that the vast majority of players we have on loan will never be part of EFC going forward. I think they really need to stand-out at their temporary clubs. I think a good benchmark is, if they were not already Everton players would we be looking to buy them.

Would like to think Dowell and the lad at Andelect are exceptions. Pennington, Galloway and Browning look short of the required level.
