It's 2am and there is a thunder storm outside. I am reclining in my chair, sipping on a home brewed beer and watching a horror movie. Absolutely content

About half 6 everyday....missus is an incredible cook so anytime am getting dinner.

Sirloin with homemade peppercorn,wedge salad with homemade blue cheese sauce and crispy bacon, triple cooked chips, with a side of moules mariniere....My happy place...but also why am shaped like the letter B.

Quite the surf and turf. Big slab of steak that. peppercorn sauce, blue cheese sauce? Mussels appear a little dry? No veg stock and garlic saltiness broth?

The blue cheese under the bacon but its been topped with parmersan shavings so you can't see it...the mussles where cooked in white wine and stock. You can see it in the bowl she's just gave herself more of it...
