Barely played, scored a high level PL goal.

I’m more intrigued by what he did at Sunderland tbh. We didn’t use him enough here to draw conclusions. It’s not a discussion for now but what the real issue is here is why should we expect this lad is now going to get the chance Simms didn’t? Or tbh Kean didn’t before him? Hell we even tried really hard to block DCL by bringing crap like Tosun and Sandro in. We need to change that part as much as which prospect it is.

It appears Dyche just did not fancy Simms and I have to say, he looked really limited at this level (imho)

Every single player is 'interested', if you can offer them a good enough deal.

I suspect the lad has weighed up the pro's and con of the offer and decided to stay put. Could also just be holding out for an extra 10k a week or something.
