2024/25 Charly Alcaraz

I'm fairly confident he will sign, maybe its the bad minded in me, but we should probably wait till the season ends, cos I don't wanna say it, but SOMETHING could happen that means we wouldn't wanna sign him.
What are your aerials picking up? You don't have to say specific, just sort of hint at another player, for instance mutu, or gibson etc...

Transfer history is quite something.
January 2023 signed by Southampton for £12m with a 15% profit clause attached. New contract October 2023.
January 2024 loaned to juventus who didn't activate the 50m euro clause to sign permanent.
August 2024 signed by Flamengo for 18m euros (£15,150,000) and plays 13 times.
January 2025 loaned to Everton.
No Argentina senior side appearances yet.

That is a lot of transfer activity in a short space of time, South America, to the uk, to Italy, to South America and then the uk again. His air miles must be red hot. Also of note, there's a bit of difference between 50m euros and 18m euros.

Just for positivity's sake, Richarlison Alcaraz Ndiaye would be some support three for any striker. But what do we want ahead of such a three, Yak, Lukaku, types? Chris Wood type? Cottee Owen type?

Nothing as sinister as that.

The word begins with an I and it would prevent him playing games.

What is physical about Doucs. Never wins any tackles poor in arial duels easily knocked off the ball. Poor all round footballer
It’s a baffling myth. He’s just 6ft with soft ground studs on, and shorter than McNeil. Commentators always include him in the list of our big players on set pieces and always have.

Super fit and times his press well, but if he was 3 inches shorter he might increase his powers of coordination.

He’s shorted than Pickford who I consider a midget. In fact I remember playing Watford one year and being surprised at how small he actually was, Capoue absolutely towered over him.

I think Doucoure is mentioned a little bit to much as been better than what he actually is, and off course the goal he scored saved us in the end few years ago, but i think its almost like because of that that goal he's classed as been better than what he is. A bit like we always heard we needed Lewin fit to stay up etc. Doucoure has cost us a few times in games on the break where we could have scored, because he's ran like he's in sand. For me he should be a sub at best and i personally would let him leave.
