There was no need for it to be a 'bad season' on this scale. None at all. Moshiri made an awful decision in appointing Benitez and then proceeded to rip up the entire footballing structure at the club because of Benitez, only to then sack Benitez.

Get real.

And that happens - FSG appointed Roy Hodgson, the Glazers appointed OGS, Abramovich appointed Avram Grant, Mike Ashley appointed Steve Bruce, Levy appointed Nuno.

It happens - owners make mistakes they're human same way even the best managers will make mistakes, the best players can make mistakes on the pitch.

If we had the mentality of sack sack sack as soon as someone makes a mistake you may as well shut the club down.

Of course it happens. However, our owner has made multiple mistakes, multiple interferences.

Did the above owners you mentioned rip up the entire footballing structure that was in place to appease the manager? No. Other than at Newcastle where there was no structure anyway.

We're literally using sports science staff from the U23s (who are part-time, btw) to act as our medical team, mate.

We don't have any recruitment or scouting department, so everything is down to the will of Kia Joorabchian...

Getting in to bed with a super agent and dealing in shady deals is not a mistake.

Hiring a manager the fans protested against is not a mistake.

Sanctioning and - in some cases even personally - signing rubbish players for £500m+ is not a mistake.

Taking this club from European chasing to relegation battling is not a mistake.

These are the decisions of a corrupt, ego-maniac who has got no clue about running a football club.

Get him out!!

No issue with the fella making mistakes, as he's proven time and time again he'll put his money where his mouth is.

However, having said that, its 6yrs in now and he's making the same mistakes.

He's employing "Footballing" people i.e. Marcel Brands and interfering with the mans job and not letting him do what he's paying him to do. His inability to surround himself with people who know what they're doing is turning the vast majority of fans against him as well as instead of listening to Footballing People i.e. Marcel Brands, he's listening to parasites that are only after his money and not whats best for the Club. .

He needs to give it Lampard TODAY, get Fronk the players he wants in by Monday, he then needs to have a think for the next six months about sorting this Club out because its utterly embarrassing. We need a reset in the Summer in terms of Staff and Board Level turnover. Out with the old, in with the new.

Do you think Moshiri and the board are cognizant that footballing world perceives them as travesty creating clowns at this point or are they just too oblivious to comprehend? They don't seem capable of learning from their blunders.

You keep saying this yet all he's done was boot the underperforming DOF who 90% wanted to be sacked regardless?

Mountain made over a molehill springs to mind especially when its rumoured he's looking to bring in a new DOF.

And whilst he's made multiple mistakes he's also done good things.

1. The New Stadium
2. Sprucing up GP
3. increasing our revenues
4. Investment in the playing squad
5. Appointing Carlo Ancelotti

But people dont want to give praise they just want to bitch and moan and act he's taking us into liquidation via League Two and its nonsense.

We're a Upper mid table PL club thats having a bad season - we're not Bury or Sunderland.

No he hasn't just booted Brands???

There's no medical staff. There's no scouting department or recruitment set up (that's different to a DoF). We currently have three first-team coaches, in Alan Kelly (GK coach), John Ebrell and Baines. We then have Dunc acting as interim manager.

So any potential signings, right now, are being done through Kia, who is a man largely responsible for our issues.

We have part-time sports science staff who work with the U23s currently acting as our medical team...

We're a Premier League football club who have spent £500m in the last 6 years, and this is what is happening.

I do not begrudge or criticise Moshiri for spending money. But I can criticise him for how he has spent it and the direct consequences.

If you have £1,000 from a job you do, and spend it on gak and strippers, but can't pay your bills, then you don't get a pat on the back for 'well at least you spent that money', do you?

I think the board are useless but in all honesty they're fighting a losing battle with this maniac and his Dr Evil advisor.

Of course it is and he deserves criticism for that.

But blaming him for underperforming managers, players, bad recruitment by DOF's with previously decent reputations etc. is quite simply wrong and those factors are largely why we are were we are.

We had a more dysfunctional board before Moshiri (Kenwright, Woods, Planey Hollywood Earle and Lord Granchester who wouldn't invest whilst Kenwright was at the club) yet we finished 4th and regularly finished top 6/7 because the manager and recruitment team did their jobs.

If we had a manager and DOF actually do their jobs well enough no one would be talking about Moshiri.

You dont win 3 points in the boardroom you win it on the pitch.
What he deserves criticism for is the fact that he has made the club, once a very well respected founder member of the football league, an embarrassing laughing stock and mismanaged us, almost criminally, since he took over. He has managed to get us the wrong side of just about every financial regulation in the game. His antics over the past 6 months have been bizarre to say the least. The pantomime he is currently presiding over regarding the selection process of our new manager is great entertainment, providing you are not an Evertonian.

So he has spent millions, but he has made sure that when he finally sells up he won't be out of pocket, he isn't Bill Kenwright and he is building us a new stadium. These are the things that make him acceptable to you? Only Bill Kenwright could have spent all those years searching 24/7 for a billionaire and come up with Moshiri. Your Mosh Man will be the death of this club.

Yeah that's my concern it's impossible to correct something if you don't perceive something as a problem. It doesn't seem like hes capable of determining that his ties to Kia are detrimental to the club, which is insane it's very evident. It seems like the board is just happy to be there they'll put up the occasional objection but are cautious about jeopardizing their positions.
