Mahrez showed last season how much hunger he has left.
ZERO.
Perhaps he needs to share his secret with Ashley Williams.

£40m+ should be buying you top players from top teams who have proven themselves at the higher levels, not from a team that barely escaped relegation.
That said, I still want Sigi. Make it happen, mosh.
A big barometer for me was realising how unconcerned I was with (former PL champions) Leiecester's interest in Sigurdsson.Us being ruthless and utterly professional is quite nice to see.
I'm 98.4% sure that Siggy will sign for us.

It should, but people have to get used to this new market.
Wolves have signed some no mark for £15 million. Huddersfield are paying £11 million for a player I've never heard of.
Maguire of Hull went for about £17 million.
Nothing is as it was.
I also totally don't buy the whole 'premier league proven' thing, just about every best player in the league came from abroad, you just have to be clever with it. I don't think we're being clever with our money, that's all.
Could you be more specific, I'm a bit worried about that remaining 1.6% of doubt
To a point.
Until the Swansea supporters trust thing sold up to the Mericans, they were doing sound, even a pot. Their season was shot cos of the idiot they bought in as manager, after they booted Monk.
£50m is nuts for Sigs imo, but if thats the price, and we want him, well, thats the price. #stones.
He's come along way since moyes refused him as an extra in a deal to sign Kyle Naughton hasn't he?whatever happened to him btwKyle bleading Walker is going for £50m+.

I don't think anyone is claiming players from foreign leagues can't be a success, that would be insane. But it is much less risky buying a player that has already proven they can play in the premier league as loads of good players from abroad fail to adapt. Buying a player from abroad is like betting on an outside bet rather than the favourite.
I have concerns about him slipping in his lovely kitchen and breaking his leg mate.

Wrap him up in bubble wrap.
