I actually think this might make them more determined re City. This is egg on their face and failing to make the City charges stick would be an outright humiliation after years of investigating it.

He say's it in his sleep everynight. Usually hugging his teddy bear , before wetting the bed, he's saidI swear you've promised me this before lol
They’re on the same side of the argument as we are, it’s the media darling clubs that are behind this, would be much better if the rest of the league got together against the self interest of the fewman city are sitting of laughing at this
Most teams in this league dont we have been in every ffp case so far, still expect us to fail againLike I said in my original post though, the average football fan shouldn't be discussing financial loopholes and legal cases. It's not the game we all fell in love with
If they don’t we should try and do something with our decision….there is no way a season out of the league should stop the process taking place. Can they appeal that the league?
Would not surprise me if they dont appeal but you would think they wouldnt want loose againIf they don’t we should try and do something with our decision….there is no way a season out of the league should stop the process taking place.
I'm sure I just heard someone saying on Sky Sports that the PL can appeal but the legal bar has to be very high, whatever that means. If they don’t we should try and do something with our decision….there is no way a season out of the league should stop the process taking place.
As someone said, is there a joint action we can take with Forrest. Whilst the circumstances leading up to our deductions were different this is about the fairness of one club completely and obviously taking the piss with their interpretation, whilst others have been done by those same rules.Would not surprise me if they dont appeal but you would think they wouldnt want loose again
There there’s a very limited arbitration stage they can try to go to. I doubt they will.I'm sure I just heard someone saying on Sky Sports that the PL can appeal but the legal bar has to be very high, whatever that means.
You would think they would because look to have failed in both leagues,I'm sure I just heard someone saying on Sky Sports that the PL can appeal but the legal bar has to be very high, whatever that means.
Obviously employed a competent firm of lawyers who went through the case meticulously.
Dont think we can do anything apart from write a letter from both clubs, would just be a waste of money if we did tru something imo. Take years to come out and would have spend money we dont haveAs someone said, is there a joint action we can take with Forrest.
