Why is it is makes more sense to show the rules are a joke, saying sueing the league like other clubs tried even with us, would be the wrong approach. But nothing wrong with us putting out a statement about the fairness of the rules and how is one rule for one and one for others.

If that’s the case mate, I’d argue they’d have to scrap the whole thing, if you can’t apply the rules equally for all then it creates an inequity between clubs and an unfair advantage.
If we wanted to be really pedantic, we point out the flaw and argue we were punished by a rule found to be inequitable - Leicester were charged for the same year we took a punishment for. Thus if the rules can’t be applied equally for all they shouldn’t apply to anyone - it means nothing to us now as the damage was done last season, but we lost three million a place in positions from 15th to 12th - you could argue we are due compensation.

Sooner we have capable people making decisions at the club, the better.
There should be a statement from Everton tonight expressing dismay and seeking to recover lost revenue.

2) Get compensated?
The answer is no, therefore what on earth is the point? All it’d do is make us look bitter and become a source of great humour for Leicester and everyone else.
Ignore it and move on, it’s done.

But neither has jurisdiction - this is the second appeal Leicester won over Jurisdiction they won against the EFL last spring!
