6 + 2 Point Deductions

The PL have rolled over for Leicester. Yes their accounts finished a couple of weeks after the official "premier league" cut off, but it was up to the Premier League to make sure their accounting period captured the whole season for every team. Also, how can they claim to be an EFL side at the end of June? At that time they hadn't played a Championship game. The league fixtures hadn't even been drawn up. This is just another shitstorm of unfairness from the muppets at the PL.

Because the PL shares had already been transferred to Luton before the end of the accounting period, meaning Leicester we no longer a PL club.

The Premier League hasn't rolled over, they obviously wanted Leicester to face a punishment. Leicester have just beaten them by showing their rules to be full of holes. As you say it was up to the PL to ensure all the clubs were subject to the rules, and they've well and truly failed. The whole thing has made them look like an absolute joke.

Not being funny mate, but you come across like a PL bot reviewing forums to feedback to the mother ship.

You appear every time PSR is in the cross hairs.

Curiously you joined March 23, the same month we were first charged.

If your talking to Richard, tell him he’s a tool from me.
He’s off the Bristol City forum. Has had a hardon for us getting done for ages.

Get out of Esks pants pal.

And also, your long sentences are a scream of insecurity.

They are a scream of poor grammar!

I'm not sure what the Esk has to do with it mate. But look I think the PL have totally messed this up. A court have effectively said if you are out of the PL for any of the period, the rules don't count.

If you mean this Summer, not necessarily as EFL Rules kicked in fully come 31st March 2024 with the Future Financial Information which can bind a club. They will have been working under that to an extent.

EFL have something now called Forecast Annual Accounts and clearer definition and APR- Accounting Reference Period, APR+1 and APR+2 can be relevant for analysis and compliance etc.

I'm not being funny, but you clearly have a conflict of interest and an agenda in wanting Everton to be sued for basically no reason.

How is Burnley suing Everton working out for you? Wasn't that going to happen 15 months ago?

They have effectively rolled over. This is doubly so if they don't challenge the verdict via appeal
