Yep - account submitted by end of Dec, then any charges brought a few weeks after.

Tbh though, if they were to relegate them, they'll not want to do it until the end of the season to try and keep games competitive. It would also reduce opportunity to protest. Imagine them spending half a season protesting, knowing they were going down. It would massively skew the whole league.

In fact, I'd say that with all this hanging over them, knowing the effect it has on a team, the league is pretty much skewed this season anyway, so any eventual winner can't really claim being winners as the EPL have effectively removed any real competition. Will have to stick an asterix next to this year's trophy.
