6 + 2 Point Deductions

Build him a statue and name a stand after him, at the very least.
And then do a Saddam on it.

Tbh I think allowing Moshiri to make any financial decision whether it be purchasing a packet of crisps or converting a loan is a terrible idea. I’d be amazed if his properties don’t get raided by some kind of Spetsnaz wing of HMRC in the next few years

Seeing as it’s his fault it’s dragging on this long because he decided to saddle us with £200m debt to a gang of fraudsters, it’s the least he could do I suppose.

The journo is a bell. Goes in to every detail of finance, ownership, debt, interest and associated parties, yet starts the piece with a picture of Goodison and fails to mention the new gaff. I mean it's a pretty big factor in all this.

Ratt was defo bullied by a toffee as a kid, he hates us, the little blert.

Chat absolute wham, and appears genuinely upset that we have the takeover going through.

Hearing rumours that City won't be punished by expulsion, but by a points deduction of a size that could potentially see them relegated on points.

They won't get expulsion because it will go to appeal, but what happens if their points deduction is so large it sees them relegated, then they appeal. Surely, as has happened in all other cases, the points deduction stands until such a time as the appeal has been completed.

I just want to see them crushed tbqhwy.

They should be removed from the division - very simple. The Premier League can very easily ban Manchester City from the division for X number of years. I'd think about 10-15 is suitable for what they've done. Then it would be up to City to negotiate with a league further down the. pyramid to let them in, with no guarantee it would be the Championship. One relegation for City = they're competing for top honours in 12 months = it's no punishment at all.

yeah it would be similar to Juve going down and straight back up to winning titles as if nothing happened.

I'd be amazed if that happened. I just don't see the Premier League having it in them. As soon as they started facing some proper lawyers last season in Forests case and ours it all seemed to get diluted.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be shedding any tears if they did.

I think they will get a big points deduction but maybe not enough to relegate them.
It will look as if the punishment is severe but not have any real consequences as it doesn't look as if they will make top four this year anyway.
