The whole report is relevant but in a nutshell it allows the commission to be judge (already guilty), jury and executioner with whatever method, formula's and punishment they wish which is exactly what they did. It is the very definition of a kangaroo court.

It's very slim but they could make more of an example out of us.

Likely outcome will be a reduction and we will claim it as a victory.

If they would have gave us a 6 point deduction we would have appealed that. We are just having a protracted dispute to get to the punishment they wanted to give us in the first place.

Bolton are another small team with a long memory, think they feel they were relegated the last day of the season, instead of us, Chelsea beat them and kept us up. Though they never recovered..altogether ahh diddums.

I agree this is probably the most likely scenario, but we're going to have to wait and see.

I do "get it" with them....we would be same, and are with incidents like Villaareal etc.

They come back up and had their best ever period AFTER that incident anyway, but it does hurt them.
 

Loving the idea of retrospective legal action. paul stretford, mr gylfi, ntl, tesco-kirkby-dome, collina, thatcher, a certain gang of thugs in Brussels.

Yeah, let's get the mud flung, the sooner this crap-fest gets rockin' the better.

That's all fair enough, but a kangaroo court that said there was a sporting advantage.

Enough now anyway, we agree that it is all bullshit.
