It depends on their overspend. If they are over by £30 million, the amount they could have sold Johnson for, or the £40 million they sold him for. If it's £30 million they should get 12 points and if it's £40 million 14 points based on the Premier League guidance that obviously the Commission didn't follow but just coincidentally followed.

The PL have no choice but to change the rules particularly because UEFA requires it but imagine the additional complexity trying to run two completely different monitoring systems where the targets that need to be achieved are vastly different

Don't think it covers their 3 years. 1 in the champo and 1 in the prem, then these in December. which is £61mill allowed losses.

They made a £45mill loss when they got promoted, and £15mill loss last season. Then there's the argument on the timing on the Johnson sale and what losses they submitted in December.

Strictly speaking it's not, as it's a 3 year period, so if you are badly over in years 1 or 2 you have to sell players, which is what clubs like Wolves have done. We didn't sell enough players and then bought players. Some would say if we didn't do that we'd have been relegated, but that's up for discussion.

the johnson sale is important for us as their arguing the waited to get the best price hence why the are over... We sold Ritchie early to try and keep in rules..

It is only possible charges being announced today. IF we are charged with further FFP, can we hire at least one of the Man City lawyers so the hearing can be delayed 25 years.

Do we know what time the PL are announcing if charges are going to be applied to us? Will there be women in skimpy outfits, fireworks, professionals from yesterday year when they announce anything?
