I mean his goals in DAS SPL wont mean he would have scored here.

Hes got 5 goals in DAS SPL in 6 months and 1 in 2 and a half years here.

Seb Haller hasnt scored a single Premier League goal.
Whatever way you look at his figures in the Bundesliga they're very impressive, he averaged a goal or assist every 60 odd mins. Obviously we should sell him if we're not going to play him but we need to be getting a good fee and a decent sell on percentage because if he's even half as good there as he was last time his value will soar.

If they continue to offer such small amounts we should refuse to do any business with them.

Oh blimey. I have just realised that the poster who thinks Lookman is brilliant is the same one that thinks Bernard is rubbish.
I’m still waiting on his reply to my question regarding how he inferred that Onyekuru/Lookman should be in the team over Bernard.

My opinion is that Lookman's level of performance through his career is high enough and his potential high enough that he should have been given chances once it became clear that Bernard was a player who was not going to get into dangerous areas himself but rather be a player who links together. I prefer wingers who are going to create danger on their own and not as much the ones who rely on setting up the fullback or linking with other midfielders to produce. I also think Lookman would score more goals. I recognize Bernard's value in bringing Digne into the attack. I believe Lookman would exceed that value with his ability to beat players and create shots for himself and others. And even if this were not immediately true the chances that Lookman grows into a better player are worth accepting a slightly lower level temporarily.

I'm not responding to this because I've done this too much. I don't expect everyone to agree but I'd also appreciate if I wasn't told that I didn't understand football because I feel this way.

You just don’t seem to get the game of football do you?

@TheBigIguana I’m only joking buddy. You’re entitled to your opinion even if I don’t agree with it completely.

If lookman looked as though he was prepared to work hard and put a smile on his face from time to time my opinion of him would likely be different. There’s also no suggestion of him signing a new contract so I think it’s best he moves on.

You are not alone mate, agree with what you say. There is no doubt Lookman is a better dribbler and finisher.

Just get a strong feeling that if he was given a regular start at some point next season and did well he would still want to go.Obviously this would net us more money but not good for team building.

Think it's a mistake/shame myself but w/e.

Better not also sell Onyekuru imo.

Henry is another who doesn’t contribute. Unless he can get a work permit for the coming season he’s another who should be moved on. No point keeping players who don’t contribute.
