I was looking at whoscored.com but you can do player comparison on premierleague.com too... I still think the most important thing is the fact that Bernard is a team player who wants to play with us, clearly works harder and AL doesn't seemingly. A pity but c'est la vie... I just want him sold now so we can get a shiny new left footed winger for more options

Whoscored does per game by default.

And I'm kind of resigned to it now so getting a new winger would certainly make things better. I wouldn't judge Lookman's entire character off of one answer to a question and his facial expression but many seem content to do that. I've never seen him slack in a match and ultimately that's what matters to me. When you add in the talent level, which people seem to have forgotten he often displayed despite extremely limited minutes, its just a completely disappointing situation.

Reason Bernard is being brought into the conversation is cos he was in direct competition to Lookman and kept him out the side. No other reason. So the obvious debate is whether he deserved to. No need to get your yourself all wound up. No one has actually said Bernie is rubbish .. far from it. But for some reason arguments are always taken to the edges and assumed to be all or nothing. It’s not the case.

It’s mind blowing. I genuinely never seen much in him apart from the Liverpool game where he stuck out in a gash allardyce side. There’s much better young English wingers out there than him. This is good business for us. He’s laughed at us and stole a wage since day one.
