Yeah you're right it was only a week since he fell on his face and got away with it against Che Adams. And that was only a few days on from at least being a contributing factor on all of the RS best chances.
I'm willing to give him time but as I said in his thread I just don't see him today as a high level CB.

See the thing is I'm not saying Iwobi is even a good player. He could be terrible in a position that suits him too. But we don't know that if we don't play him there. The other thing is the one skill I think Iwobi has is exactly what we need in our team desperately.
Clean sheets are a team achievement not an individual one. He got tested once against Saints and failed it, but on the day it wasn't a penalty so we move on.

I wouldn't even say this. I'd have Mina back in as soon as fit. Godfrey would still play but at RB because Holgate is even worse.
I would say hes been wonderful for us, but then I'm not gonna point out every mistake hes made and focus on all the great things hes done.

Well the main problem here is you see us winning and think it means we're playing well, I don't do that, so I'm much more willing to be critical of players than you and I think the general Evertonian is right now. Godfrey has a question mark moment in every 90 minutes. That isn't good.

Sure I do overlook bad performances, cos for me winning is everything.

Yeh it was a 3 in possession however if we had 3 centre halves on the pitch it wouldn’t really work unless one of them can be a right-back too. Coleman works there as does Holgate... Someone like Koulibaly or a Militao type would work as well... Will be interesting to see who we go for...
