We almost certainly haven't been visited by aliens. Let's assume aliens do not want to make contact but are merely observing. I'm pretty damn sure with the technology required for aliens to visit us they'd be able to send all sorts of tiny unmanned observation devices(our own drones would have all the technology of a brick by comparison), the mother ship remaining somewhere safely in near space. Yet, we are supposed to believe they fly about in our airspace with big eff off sized craft, occasionally crashing on earth. Crashing not just anywhere on earth but conveniently crashing on US soil.

Hadn’t heard of Bob Lazar but after having perused his Wikipedia page he sounds more like a hack to me.

Haha, I admit it’s a fantastical story but he was talking about the fuel that powers the craft (a stable form of element 115) back in the 80’s when it didn’t exist and people thought he was nuts. Few years ago they found out it was a real thing. I get his story is a bit wild but if you actually listen to one of his interviews he doesn’t seem to crazy. He also never made money off his story to the best of my knowledge and is pretty private about the entire thing. He only really went full public and did interviews when all the UAP stuff came out and Rogan invited him and George Knapp on

Issue is, we see this through the imagination of a breed that sees itself as the top of earth's food chain, when the reality is we're at the bottom. Almost all other species contributes to life on this planet apart from us, we seem hellbent on destroying it.

I look at it this way. You could be a spacefaring civilisation, and have visited earth every 10 million years, for 150 million years and seen dinosaurs every time. Had it not been for the big rock, probably still dinosaurs now.

So basic molecular life, probably pretty common.

Animal life, rare but knockin about.

'Intelligent' or more highly developed, 'sentient' life, possibly incredibly rare and separated by almost incomprehensible distance and time.

Consequently, I doubt they're coming here and bumming hillbillies.
